2024 Coaching Staff

DON CAPPELLETTY
HEAD COACH
Don Cappelletty begins his 14th year as a member of the Post 275 coaching staff. Don is no stranger to baseball having coached at different levels for the past 23 years.  For the past 14 years, Don has been part of  Adrian High School's baseball coaching staff as the Head Coach for the JV team for 5 years, Assistant Coach for the varsity 7 years and 2 years as the Varsity Head Coach .  Don and his wife, Sue, have three children, Phil, a former 275 player (2008 & 2009), Tony, a former 275 player (2010-2012), and Marisa a graduate at Adrian High.

  
PHIL CAPPELLETTY
ASSISTANT COACH
Phil Cappelletty begins his 14th season with Post 275.  Phil is a graduate of Adrian High School and was a member of the 2008 and 2009 Post 275 teams.  He is a graduate of Trine University where he pitched for 4 years.  He will assume bullpen and some base coaching responsibilities. Phil is currently the pitching coach at Adrian High.

WAYNE PERRY

ASSISTANT COACH

Wayne Perry begins his 4th season with Post 275.  Wayne has coached at the high school level for the past 22 years--16 years at Hudson High and for the past 6 years at Sand Creek High where he is currently the Head Baseball Coach. Wayne and his wife, Sara, have one son, Brady, who played for Post 180 was on the 2013 Class A Legion Championship team.  

TREVOR WILLIS

ASSISTANT COACH

Trevor Willis begins his 4th season with Post 275. Trevor is a graduate of Tecumseh High School (2015) and Siena Heights University (2020) where he played baseball for four years as a pitcher. During the summers of 2018 & 2019, Trevor played for the Toledo Hawks of the Tri-State Collegiate League. He also was the coach for the Hudson legion junior team 2019 & 2020. Currently, Trevor is the pitching coach for Sand Creek High's varsity baseball team.
